This 2013 Hermann Hauser III is an exceptional example from one of the most important guitar-making families in history. This guitar is accompanied by its original Hauser certificate of authenticity, identifying it as the “Llobet Special Edition,” Guitar No. 726, built in Reisbach, Germany, with a manufacture year of 2013 and a finished date of 2014. The certificate is signed by Hermann Hauser III and dated January 30, 2014.

Built with a stunning bearclaw spruce top and some of the most beautiful Brazilian rosewood back and sides we have ever seen, this guitar has the visual presence one hopes for in a great Hauser.

Even more importantly, the sound matches the extraordinary character of the woods. There is a purity, refinement, and old-world elegance here that feels unmistakably connected to the Hauser tradition. Sound

This guitar has the qualities we love most in the best Hauser instruments: clarity, balance, tonal purity, and a beautifully singing treble register. Playability
