Products and Descriptions

GuitarCollection.com specializes in curated classical guitars and related products. Many of the instruments we offer are handmade, used, vintage, rare, consigned, or otherwise unique. We make every reasonable effort to describe each instrument accurately, including its condition, specifications, materials, history, repairs, playability, and sound.

Because guitars are handmade and often individually owned or previously played, minor signs of use, setup preferences, finish checking, cosmetic wear, or other condition details may exist. Photographs, videos, and written descriptions are provided to help buyers make an informed decision, but sound, feel, color, and appearance may vary depending on the player, device, lighting, strings, setup, and other factors.

We reserve the right to update, revise, or correct product descriptions, prices, availability, and other information at any time.

Orders and Payment

Placing an order or submitting payment does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or modify any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, inventory errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other concerns.

Full payment must be received and cleared before an item is shipped unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs duties, import fees, or other charges unless specifically stated.

Returns, Refunds, Trials, and Cancellations

All sales are final unless otherwise discussed and agreed to in writing prior to purchase.

Returns, refunds, trials, cancellations, deposits, and holds are governed by our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy. Any return, trial period, cancellation, or refund must be specifically approved by GuitarCollection.com in writing. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping, Insurance, and Delivery

We take great care in packing and shipping instruments. All shipments are fully insured for loss or damage in transit unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, inspections, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our control.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, contact us right away at evan@guitarcollection.com and keep all original packaging, including the box and packing materials, so that an insurance claim can be properly handled.

For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, documentation requirements, and compliance with applicable import laws unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Appointments and Private Showings

Private appointments may be available at our discretion. Appointments are not open public shopping hours and must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments for any reason.
