Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise discussed and agreed to in writing prior to purchase.

Because our instruments are individually selected, documented, photographed, and shipped with care, returns are not accepted unless a specific return or trial arrangement has been made in advance. Any approved return must be confirmed by GuitarCollection.com before the item is shipped back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once payment has been submitted unless cancellation is approved in writing by GuitarCollection.com. If a cancellation is approved before shipment, any refund may be reduced by payment processing fees, wire fees, shipping, packing, insurance, or other costs already incurred. Deposits, holds, and special arrangements are nonrefundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Shipping Damage or Loss

All shipments are fully insured for loss or damage in transit. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, contact us right away at evan@guitarcollection.com and keep all original packaging, including the box and packing materials, so that an insurance claim can be properly handled.

Approved Returns or Trial Periods

If a return or trial period was specifically discussed and agreed to in writing before purchase, any return or refund will be handled according to those agreed terms. In that case only, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and any refund, if applicable, will be issued only after the item has been received and inspected. If no return or trial arrangement was agreed to in advance, the sale is final and no return or refund will be accepted.
